On Saturday, April 19, 2014, the Brothers of Kappa Phi Chapter hosted their 1st Annual Kappa Phi Chapter Easter Egg Hunt.   The event took place at the chapters Fraternity House on North 2nd Street in Milwaukee, WI.   Children 10 and younger and their parents are invited to participate in the free public event. The event included games, open conversation, focus on school, a hula-hoop contests and egg races. Activities also included free food, a toy give-away and fun, fun, fun.  This year’s event was spearheaded by Brother Major Cooper (Psi Psi ’05).  Brother Cooper stated “it is important to show the kids in the community that we care about them and the simple things like an Easter Egg Hunt can make a difference in children’s lives”.  Next year’s event will be even better than this year.  Kappa Phi Chapter has begun the planning stages of having clowns present, face painting, storytelling, and maybe even the Easter Bunny!!!
